Please don’t worry, you can’t do any damage if you leave the solution on too long, the best time to leave Monty Miracle Patio Cleaner on the area you are cleaning is 6-10 mins, within this window is when the solution will be most effective but the longer you leave the solution on it will not do any harm, it will neuturalise itself and will have finished reacting with the organic growth it’s eliminating, you can take your time to hose it off without any worries 🙂

We do advise though not to let the area dry before rinsing off (in 6-10 mins) as this may leave some residue. To remove this we advise, when the area is dry to, brush the area first to get rid of much residue as possible then use warm and soapy water applied with a brush to remove any remaining residue left behind.
